No. Properties are available on a first come, first completed application, first served basis. If you love a property, we suggest applying for it right away! Our application can be completed on your smartphone, tablet or computer. It’s also transferable to another property we manage. We can help you discover all the properties within our offerings you qualify for with a completed application.

Your security deposit will be due when your application is approved. Your first months’ rent is due prior to your move in date. Keep in mind, if you are not paying with certified funds, we require at least 3 business days for processing. You cannot receive keys until your payment clears. Your deposit amount depends on many factors.

Financially responsible applicants must be at least 18 years of age.

Security deposits are refundable at move out, as long as the property is returned to us in the same condition it was provided to you, or better. Per state law, we have 21 days to process your security deposit disposition and notify you of any refunds.

Applicants with lack of credit or rental history, or poor credit, may be asked to include a co-signer. Guarantors (Co-Signers) : One (1) guarantor per household is allowed. Guarantor is subject to increased creditworthiness and must prove income at least four (4) times the monthly rent or greater. Guarantor is required to sign and be held financially responsible to the terms outlined in the lease and any subsequent lease extensions and renewals.
